Tim Tatman is CEO of WorkflowOne LLC, one of the largest providers of document management, marketing and distribution services in North America. With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, Tatman is highly respected for his leadership skills and expertise in driving the execution of sales and operational strategy ensuring the attainment of profitable and sustained growth.
Most recently, as SVP of Strategic Accounts, he led the Company's development of new customer-centric initiatives, and as CEO he will lead WorkflowOne's management team in the continued refinement and execution of the Company's plans for growth. During his career at WorkflowOne, Tatman has served in a wide range of sales, marketing, product line management, strategic and operational leadership roles. He was the 1985 recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award, which is the Company's highest honor for sales.
Tom Koenig is Chief Financial Officer of WorkflowOne LLC. He is responsible for the company's financial strategy, planning and accounting and leads the tax, treasury and legal departments.
Prior to joining WorkflowOne in 2010, Koenig was with Day International Group, a $400+ million world leader in the production of precision-engineered products, where he served in leadership positions including Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He successfully managed the company's final transaction when they were purchased by the Flint Group in 2007. He started his career at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, where he audited public and privately owned companies in the manufacturing, construction, retail and air freight industries. Koenig has positively impacted business profitability in global manufacturing and financial services industries throughout his career. He holds a degree in business administration from Bowling Green State University.
As Chief Sales Officer for WorkflowOne LLC, Tom Rizzi leads the company's sales and services teams in serving the financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare and services markets.
Rizzi has more than 20 years of sales and sales management experience with multinational companies in the print and packaging industries. He has held high-profile management positions with multinational companies such as: Anchor Glass Container Corp., Riverwood International and Graphic Packaging International.
Prior to returning to WorkflowOne, Rizzi was Executive Vice President of Sales for Boundless Network, a promotional products distributorship. Rizzi brings extensive leadership experience in the print management services industry. Rizzi holds a degree in business administration from Muhlenberg College and is a graduate of the Roberto C. Goizueta School – Executive Program at Emory University.
Jeff Moder is Chief Marketing Officer of WorkflowOne LLC. He is responsible for marketing strategy and execution, market research, product development and communications.
Moder's career spans 25 years in leading teams in the areas of operations, sales and marketing in software development, medical technology and document management. Since joining WorkflowOne in 2001 as a sales executive, Moder has held several senior level appointments including Director of Inside Sales, Director of Sales Operations, Vice President of Strategy and Support and Sales Vice President of Healthcare.
Prior to WorkflowOne, he was a principal at Prograde Technologies, a start-up healthcare technology company based in Cincinnati, OH. As an owner of the company, he worked with private equity markets to secure funding for the launch of its multi-channel communication software, HealthLink 7. Moder served in sales leadership roles with UARCO Inc., a leading document management company based in Chicago, IL where he held several sales and sales leadership positions receiving national recognition for consistently achieving company business objectives, and earning the company's top honor with selection to the Presidents Club in 9 consecutive years.
Jeff Noffsinger is Vice President of Information Technology for WorkflowOne LLC, overseeing the information technology architecture of the company. Noffsinger brings over 15 years of in-depth experience managing and driving innovative technology change in IT organizations in consumer-oriented businesses.
Noffsinger joined WorkflowOne in 2005 as Chief Architect for IT during the Workflow Solutions and Relizon acquisition. As part of the IT department, he has held positions of increasing leadership, most recently as Senior Director of IT Architecture and Strategy.
Prior to joining WorkflowOne, Noffsinger held senior level roles at Systems Evolution, Inc. and Standard Register. He pursued his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, MS and was an honor graduate from the United States Army Computer School in Fort Gordon, GA.
Kelly Whitt is Vice President of Human Resources for WorkflowOne LLC, one of the largest providers of document management, marketing and distribution services in North America. Whitt is highly respected for her industry knowledge, leadership skills and expertise in driving HR programs which support of the Company's strategy and attain sustainable results.
Whitt has been with WorkflowOne for over 14 years, most recently, as Senior Director of Human Resources. Prior, she had held roles in benefits and compensation as well as a number of management positions within the human resources department. Whitt received her bachelor's degree from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio, in Human Resources and Psychology.
