Dave Davis
Chairman and
Chief Executive Officer of
Workflow Management
|
|
Dave Davis is a Senior Managing Director of Perseus which is a
major owner of WorkflowOne
investment funds. He has had significant experience and success in
restructuring companies, having
served as Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer of
Northwest Airlines until
November 2008. While at
Northwest, he was the key
architect of the company’s
restructuring and was a leader
in Northwest’s merger with Delta
Air Lines. Prior to that, Davis
was the Chief Financial Officer,
with restructuring
responsibilities, of Kraton
Polymers, a chemical company.
From April 2002 to November
2004, Davis was a financial
executive at US Airways and
served as Chief Financial
Officer during the airline’s
restructuring process. From
2000 to 2002, he served as Vice
President-Financial Planning and
Analysis, also with
restructuring responsibilities,
of Budget Group, Inc., and prior
to 2000 he served in a number of
finance and operating roles at
Northwest Airlines, BF
Goodrich/Rosemount Aerospace,
and Rockwell International.
Davis has a B.S. in Aerospace
Engineering and a Master of
Business Administration from the
University of Minnesota. |

Dean Truitt
Chief Executive
Officer of WorkflowOne |
|
Dean Truitt has nearly 30 years
of experience in successfully
leading turnarounds, performance
improvement programs and merger
integrations for Fortune 1000
companies. He was previously
with AlixPartners, a leading
global business advisory and
turnaround firm, where he led
major turnarounds and served in
interim senior management roles
for clients. As a partner with
Waterstone Management Group,
LLC, he assisted CEOs and
private equity firms with the
implementation of growth
initiatives and merger and
acquisitions. For eight years
Truitt was an equity partner
with Ernst & Young serving in
the roles of National Consumer
Products Industry Leader and
National Merger Integration
Practice Leader for Products.
When the firm’s management
consulting division merged to
become Cap Gemini Ernst & Young,
Truitt served as the area VP of
the Central Region Products
consulting practice. He began
his career at Andersen
Consulting (Accenture) where he
assisted over 50 clients with
major performance improvement
and information technology
programs. Truitt holds a B.S.
degree in industrial engineering
from Oklahoma State University. |
Robert M. Abbonizio
Senior Vice President, Customer Solutions |

Bob Abbonizio has nearly three
decades of experience in the
print management and promotional
products arena, having managed
large sales and operations teams
that served customers in a wide
array of Fortune 500
organizations and vertical
markets. As senior vice
president of Customer Solutions,
he leads a team that is
responsible for identifying,
developing, and packaging
replicable value-added growth
solutions for WorkflowOne’s
diverse customer base. Bob
joined the company in late 2004
as Sales Vice President of the
Eastern Division and was named
Vice President of Sales for
WorkflowOne’s Northeast Division
in 2006. Prior to joining
WorkflowOne, Bob spent over 20
years with Moore in various
sales and senior sales
management leadership positions,
including his last senior role
as the Sales Vice
President/General Manager for
the Mid-Atlantic Division. Bob
has earned a BSBA degree in
marketing management from The
University of Delaware. |
William Antoskiewicz
Executive Vice President,
Marketing and Customer Solutions |

Bill Antoskiewicz is responsible
for leading Customer and
Sourcing Solutions, Standard
Implementation, Marketing and
Communications. He brings
extensive knowledge in
centralized/shared services,
customer management, marketing,
sales support and supply chain
collaboration. Antoskiewicz has
held key leadership roles with
consumer goods and retail
leaders Hershey Chocolate Co.,
Ralston Purina, Ralcorp
Holdings, Kroger and the Fleming
Companies. His experience also
includes leading major business
transformation, customer loyalty
and insight management programs
with consulting leaders Computer
Sciences Corporation, Ernst &
Young, and dunnhumby USA. He
holds a B.A. in Business
Economics from Benedictine
University in Lisle, Illinois. |
Zant Chapelo
Vice President, Human Resources

Zant Chapelo spent 20 years in the military and eight years in the private sector in a variety of organizational development, training and sales management roles. He was on the faculty of the Air Force’s Air University Leadership Academy, as well as HR director of Mission Readiness at the Air Force Institute of Technology. He entered the corporate sector in 2000 as manager of sales training and education at LexisNexis and later served as sales manager for a five-state region. Before joining WorkflowOne in November 2006, he was a sales performance consultant with NCR Corporation’s Global Learning Group.

Brendan Foley
Chief Financial Officer

Brendan
Foley has nearly three decades
of corporate finance, financial
reporting and accounting
leadership experience. He
recently served in the roles of
senior vice president, interim
chief financial officer, and
controller at Wendy’s
International, a $3 billion
public company. Prior to
Wendy’s, he held the position of
vice president and assistant
corporate controller for Borden
Inc. and controller for both USA
Mobile Communications and
Methodist Hospital in
Jacksonville, Florida. Foley
began his career with the
accounting firm of Ernst and
Young. He holds a B.B.A. degree
from the University of Notre
Dame and is a Certified Public
Accountant.

Kevin J. Kearns
Chief Sales Officer |

Prior to joining WorkflowOne in
2008, Kevin Kearns was president and
CEO of Huthwaite Inc., where he
was instrumental in leading the
company to consecutive years of
record growth while expanding
its presence throughout the U.S.
and abroad. Before joining
Huthwaite, Kearns spent nearly a
decade at Moore North America
(now RR Donnelley) working in a
variety of sales positions. His
main focus was building teams to
sell and deliver outsourcing
agreements with large corporate
clients and healthcare service
providers. Kearns holds degrees
in economics and business
administration from the
University of Iowa. In 2007 his
book
Escaping the Price Driven Sale
was published by
McGraw-Hill.

Ernest Miller
Executive Vice President,
Operations |
|
Ernie Miller joined
WorkflowOne in 2009 to lead
its manufacturing,
distribution and strategic
sourcing operations. He was
previously vice president of
global manufacturing and
supply chain operations at
NCR Corporation. During a
career spanning more than 30
years, Miller has managed
large organizations and
transformed global
manufacturing and sourcing
operations for leading
companies across the globe.
He began his career in
engineering with General
Motors and later moved into
consulting positions with
Cap Gemini/Ernst & Young and
McKinsey & Company. Miller
holds a B.S. in mechanical
engineering from Case
Western Reserve University
and an M.B.A. degree from
the University of Michigan. |
Rob Whittington
Chief Information Officer |

Rob Whittington
brings deep experience managing
and driving change in IT
organizations that are in
transition, particularly in
consumer-oriented businesses. He
was formerly senior vice
president and CIO for Wendy’s
International, where he led a
successful restructuring effort
that reduced costs and improved
quality and service across the
global chain’s 6,000
company-owned and franchised
restaurants prior to its
acquisition by Triarc Companies,
Inc., owner of Arby’s.
Whittington began his career as
a consultant for Arthur Andersen
& Co., working on large scale
systems development. He moved to
Ernst & Young in 1985 and spent
17 years with the firm working
on a variety of transformation
programs for leading companies.
He has also held leadership
positions at Electronic Data
Systems and Sun Microsystems.
Whittington earned a B.A. degree
from Wheaton College and an
M.B.A. degree from the
University of Chicago. |
